Warranty & Item Returns


Thank you for your interest in the products of JC Pacific Trading Co. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from JC Pacific Trading Co.

What does this limited warranty cover?

The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, JC Pacific Trading Co. will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

JC Pacific Trading Co. will replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service in the first 30-days will be paid by JC Pacific Trading Co. All shipping fees both to and from JC Pacific Trading Co. following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from JC Pacific Trading Co. is 180 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does the limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is cause by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Disasters such as fire, flood, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
  • Cases of overload, misapplication, accident, abuse, normal wear-and-tear, damage in transit or unusual operating conditions (such as temperature extremes) about which we are not consulted in advance.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

About the warranty:

This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for particular use. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and JC Pacific Trading is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.

How do I return an item?

General Returns
Notification of returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Returns MUST arrive back at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to customer.
Please notify us of any issues or return requests by email sales@jcpacific.com.
Once notified, JC Pacific will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be included with the returned products.
RMA MUST be included with the return in order for credit to be processed.

Returns are to be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or use.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns, including actual shipping cost of any free shipping items. Credit for merchandise will be applied to buyer’s credit card account within 7-10 days of receipt of returned item.  A 25% restocking fee may be applied. Make sure your item measurements, including stem size and type, are correct.

Errors with Orders
In the event JC Pacific made an error on your order, we will issue an RMA and Return Shipping at JC Pacific’s expense.
