Return and Cancellation policy

How do I return an item?
General Returns
Notification of returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Returns MUST arrive back at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to customer.
Please notify us of any issues or return requests by email sales@jcpacific.com.
Once notified, JC Pacific will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be included with the returned products.
RMA must be included with the return in order for credit to be processed.

Returns are to be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or use.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns, including actual shipping cost of any free shipping items.Credit for merchandise will be applied to buyer’s credit card account within 7-10 days of receipt of returned item. A 25% restocking fee may be applied.

Errors with Orders
In the event JC Pacific made an error on your order, we will issue an RMA and Return Shipping at JC Pacific’s expense.

Cancellation policy:

If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been made, please email us at sales@jcpacific.com telling us you would like to cancel or you can call us toll free at 1-877-JCWHEEL (1-877-529-4335). If your order has been shipped before you notify us to cancel, you will be responsible for shipping fees from your location and back to our location for the items. A 25% restocking fee or may be applied.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received prior to 12:00 Eastern Time are processed the same business day. After 12:00 Eastern Time, they are processed on the following “business day.” Orders received on non-business days are processed on the following business day. Our goal is to get your products shipped as soon as possible. Occasionally some products are assembled at the time of order. At times, minor components may not be in inventory and may delay your shipment. We try to ship most orders within 72 hours of “order processing.”

Shipping:
We ship to the Continental United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Orders over two hundred pounds will be shipped by a freight hauler. Orders that weigh under two hundred pounds will be shipped by UPS. For orders shipping by truck, you must notify us when ordering if you need any special arrangements made for delivery. For example, if you need a lift gate to get the merchandise off the truck or if you are having the shipment delivered to a residential area. Any “special needs” may incur additional delivery charges.

UPS can only deliver to a physical address, therefore you cannot ship to postal boxes or APO’s. We cannot use your UPS account to ship your order. When you choose any UPS shipping method on our website, this is how we will ship your products after we fill (assembled and packaged) your order. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS’s web site, using projected packaged weights of items and shipping distance from New Jersey.

Non-Ground UPS service is based on the date your order is filled (assembled and packaged), not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled, then shipped via UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air. For UPS 3-Day and 2nd Day, the actual shipping day is NOT included in the delivery time.

Important note: If you absolutely, positively have to have your product by a specific date, please call or note in special instructions. You may call us for information using our toll free number (1-877-529-4335). ALSO, DO NOT assume that, by choosing UPS Next Day Air, you will receive your products tomorrow. JC Pacific Trading cannot be held responsible for policy or mistakes made by UPS.

Canadian Shipments
Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and UPS Brokerage Fees. These fees are in addition to the shipping fee collected by JC Pacific Trading. Once we ship your products, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or UPS.

Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers become available at the JC Pacific Trading office the day after your order is shipped. We normally will not know the status of your shipment until our assembly plant returns your “fulfilled” order. If you’ve given us a valid email address, we email your tracking number to you. Check your email and spam filter.
